For fintech marketing teams
What assistants say about your fees and licence
A wrong sentence about a rate or a licence is a compliance problem before it is a marketing one. hyperank reads what engines say about your fees and regulatory status, and keeps the full text for the people who sign it off.
What changed
Money questions are the ones people are least willing to ask a human, which is exactly why they now ask an assistant. Is this account protected. Is this lender licensed or is it renting someone else's. What does the transfer actually cost. The reply arrives as a confident paragraph with no adviser attached, no disclosure beneath it, and none of the hedging your own site is required to carry.
Rates move and answers do not. An assistant repeats a promotional rate that expired two quarters ago, describes a partner bank arrangement as though you hold the licence yourself, or states a deposit protection limit lifted from an old article. Each of those is a sentence your compliance team would have struck from a draft, published at volume, with your brand name on it.

The sources behind the answer
You cannot edit an answer, so you edit what it is built from
Where the answer comes from
What a financial answer is usually built from
- Regulator registers and .gov pages
- Tier one financial press
- Rate tables and comparison sites
- Your terms and fee schedule
- Consumer complaint forums
Engines weight official and press sources heavily on money questions, which is useful when those sources are current and expensive when they are not. Every cited domain is counted per engine, with the position it held, so you can see whether an answer leaned on the regulator's own register, a two year old news story, or a comparison table nobody has updated since launch.
Verify
Check every claim against record
Claim checking pulls the statements an engine made about you and tests each one against facts your team has approved, returning correct, incorrect, outdated, unverifiable or misattributed. Outdated is the verdict that matters most here, because a superseded rate reads exactly like a current one to a customer.
- Verdicts on rates, fees and protection claims
- Root cause: your pages, a third party, or the model
- Approved facts reviewed before they count as truth
Evidence
Keep a record you can show
Every answer is stored in full with its timestamp and the sources it cited, so a question about what was being said in March has an answer rather than a recollection. Reports export to PDF, CSV and DOCX when compliance or a board pack needs the working attached, and two of the report types also export to PowerPoint.
- Raw answer text, timestamped, never summarised away
- Exports to PDF, CSV and DOCX, PowerPoint on two reports
- A public API with key authentication for your own reporting
Correct
Fix the page the engine trusts
Citation aggregation ranks the domains behind your answers, which turns a vague worry into a finite list of pages. Where the source is yours, drafts route to a named approver and then publish to your CMS. Where it belongs to somebody else, you at least know who to write to.
- Domains ranked by how often they appear
- Drafts routed to a named approver first
- Technical audit covers robots, schema and llms.txt
Nothing publishes on its own
A person on your team approves every word
Nothing publishes until a person presses approve, and in fintech that person is usually legal or compliance rather than marketing. A draft waits in review with the sources it was built from attached, and the record of who approved what stays in the account. We would rather a draft sit for a week than a rate go live that nobody with authority has read.
Read the answer about your rates that your compliance team has not seen yet.
Fintech questions, answered
Our rates change often. How quickly does this pick that up?
Tracked prompts are reanalysed on a daily schedule, with the frequency configurable per site, and brand analysis refreshes weekly. So a change you make on Monday is measured against what the engines say soon after, not next quarter. What we cannot promise is how fast an engine updates its own answer, because that follows the sources, and sources move in weeks.
Can you prove what an engine said on a particular date?
Yes. Every response is kept as full raw text with its timestamp and the list of sources it cited, rather than reduced to a score. If someone asks what was being said about your fees in a given month, you open the stored answers and read them. Reports exporting to PDF, CSV or DOCX carry that evidence out of the platform with you.
Who has to approve content before it goes live?
Whoever you name. Generated drafts route to a named approver and stay in review until that person accepts them, and only then does the platform publish to WordPress, WordPress.com, Ghost, Webflow, Shopify, Wix or a custom API. There is no unattended mode to switch on. For regulated copy, most teams point the approver at legal rather than at marketing.
Do you write our disclosures and regulatory language?
No, and we would not want to. What the platform holds is your approved facts, including phrasing your compliance team has already cleared, and it checks what engines say against them. Drafts are generated from that same approved material, so the starting point is language you own rather than a general description of your category.
Answers differ by country. How is that handled?
Visibility is tracked across twenty six countries, and every answer is stored with the region it came from. That matters more in financial services than anywhere else, because the same question about protection limits or licensing has a different correct answer in each market. How many regions run on your account depends on your plan, and an admin can raise the limit.
Can you tell us which competitors are being recommended in our place?
Not automatically, and we will not pretend otherwise. You can see every tracked question where your brand was not named, read the full answer text, and see which domains it cited, which in practice tells you a great deal. Automatic competitor extraction is not shipped on the engines your plan runs, so we leave it out of the reporting rather than half promise it.
