Terms of Service

1. Your account

You can sign in with an email and password, a link we email you, Google, or GitHub. Give us accurate details. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Signing in with Google also grants us access to your Search Console data and the Google Indexing API. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with that access and with the rest of your data.

2. Plans, payment and cancellation

Paid plans renew and are billed automatically, according to the plan you choose. Dodo Payments processes the payments. Fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we said otherwise when you bought the plan. We may change our prices, and we will give you reasonable notice before we do.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in the app.

3. AI output

Audits, visibility results, brand analysis and written content in hyperank are produced by third-party AI models. They can be wrong. Check anything before you rely on it or publish it.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content and data you put into or connect to hyperank. You give us permission to host, process and use it only to provide and improve hyperank. You must have the rights to any content you add and any account you connect.

5. Connected platforms and publishing

You can connect Google Search Console, WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, LinkedIn, Reddit, or a custom API or webhook. When you publish through hyperank, the content goes out under your account on that platform, and you are responsible for it. Each platform's own terms apply to your use of it. We are not responsible for whether those platforms are available or for what they do.

6. What you may not do

• Reverse engineer hyperank or try to extract its source code.
• Use hyperank to break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Disrupt hyperank or slow it down for other users.
• Try to get into hyperank, or the systems behind it, without permission.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using hyperank at any time. To delete your account, email business@hyperank.ai. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, or if we need to in order to protect hyperank or other users.

8. No guarantees

hyperank is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee search rankings, indexing, mentions in AI answers, traffic, or any business result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, hyperank is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of hyperank.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using hyperank after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
